I am the owner of Life Styled, a Life Coaching and Image Consulting business for women 40 and over. Through life coaching I help women want to pivot in their professional lives or who may feel stuck in their personal lives. Through personal image branding consulting I help women re-brand their image to align with their goals and the audience that want to connect with.
I know what being stuck feels like and the courage it takes to pivot to pursue work that you are passionate about. I walked away from a career that didn't serve me well to pursue a life's work that is impactful and brings me joy.
