Sojin Kim

University of Wisconsin - Madison

I am a biomedical and mechanical engineer with experience in clinical research, medical devices, and manufacturing. As a WARF Ambassador and Morgridge Entrepreneurial Bootcamp trainee, I organized events connecting graduate students, postdocs, and scientists with patent lawyers, startups, and corporations to help transfer their research into real-world applications. I am also an active member of the Society of Women Engineers, where I volunteer as a judge for middle school competitions and introduce simple engineering activities to elementary students. I am passionate about fostering innovation, supporting early-stage ventures, and inspiring the next generation of engineers.
