Entrepreneur, Urlacher Real Estate
Matt & I live on the far west side with our teenage son, Julian, and our two dogs, Bailey and Babybel. When I'm not working, you’ll find me at Casetta Kitchen & Counter downtown, the BarleyPop Tap & Shop on Atwood, playing trivia at Capital Brewery in Middleton, or on a camping trip at Devils Lake. I am a proud supporter of the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art, End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin, Camp Kesem at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and Agrace Hospice.
My husband and I formed Urlacher Real Estate in 2016 because we love helping others achieve their goals, and it gives us the chance to build meaningful relationships that extend far beyond a transaction. Due to the personal nature of this business, real estate has quickly become my passion! Now I work every day to keep up with the ever-changing market and the industry’s latest technologies to make sure my clients’ experience runs seamlessly. Giving clients the best possible service is our highest priority. In winter 2017, I took the plunge to pursue real estate full time and I haven’t looked back.
Last year I retired from the Wisconsin Army National Guard after serving on Active Duty with the National Guard Bureau in Washington, D.C. where I started a national legal advocacy program for crime victims. Previously, I served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Wisconsin, where I successfully handled dozens of federal and state jury trials, including arguing a case before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. I earned my Bachelors of Business Administration & Marketing, magna cum laude, from UW – Milwaukee in 2006, which I am eager to put back into use. I moved to Madison in 2007 to attend the University of Wisconsin Law School and have called it home since.
