KELLY PLACKE OF PLACKE ORGANIC ACRES ELDERBERRY SYRUP
Kelly Placke, along with her husband, is the owner of Placke Organic Acres, an intentionally small family farm in Southwest Wisconsin with healing as it's focus. A traditional organic dairy and grain farm for over 40 years, they are now transitioning to a diversified farming model based on Permaculture principles using organic and regenerative growing methods. The farm offers nutritionally dense foods like grassfed beef and lamb, pastured pork, organic garlic and herbs, and organic elderberries and elderberry syrup. Other wellness products include handmade natural soaps and body products, as well as fresh and dried florals. Healing experiences that the farm will offer include outdoor art classes, grassland yoga and meditation sessions, farm to fork dinners, and pasture concerts.
