Doyenne offers Coaching for all entrepreneurs and those who are bringing innovation and the entrepreneurial mindset to your business. Our Coaching and Consulting services allow you time and space to be vulnerable, authentic, and continuing down a path for success.

We know and understand that entrepreneurship can sometimes be a lonely, isolating experience where you can’t admit your flaws or bounce ideas off others for risk of losing credibility. Doyenne is a place where you can bring down game face and feel safe talking openly and honestly about your ideas, fears, and lear how to move forward.

Doyenne’s Consulting Workshops are for corporate entities or established small businesses that are seeking support in how to diversify their business offerings and/or meet the needs of startups.

Things to keep in mind

  • Start early: You don’t have to have it all figured out BEFORE you meet with coaches; the whole point of a coaching session is to help you figure it out. Coaches understand that sometimes plans may not be perfectly thought-out. We offer a free 30 minute consult call with anyone interested in coaching services before you commit to working with us!
  • Be yourself: Be your authentic selves in the coaching session. At Doyenne, we believe in you and we take you seriously. It's ok to be a little vulnerable
  • Advice is Advice: Ultimately you are the one who makes decisions about your business. A coach helps explore and evaluate options WITH you; they are not there to tell you what you should do  
  • Service Agreement: When you register to meet with a Doyenne Coach you agree to our Coaching Terms of Service Agreement.
  • Rescheduling: Life happens, and we understand that. If for any reason you need to reschedule your session, please refer to the confirmation email you received after initially scheduling your appointment. In that email, there is a button where you can “Change/Cancel” the coaching session

Coaching Packages & Pricing

  • Coaching Consult:  If you're interested in talking through if a coaching plan is right for you, we offer 30 minute consult calls to all new potential clients. During these calls we'll talk about your goals, your and your coach's expectations, talk through our coaching approach and how it's different than what you may have experiences elsewhere, answer all your questions, and if we're a good fit to work together
  • One and Done: These 50 minute appointments can be scheduled when needed and are meant as "triage support" where we meet, assess, and provide feedback and supportive information to help you continue down your entrepreneurial path
  • Monthly Coaching Package: Two 50 minute appointments per month for developing strategic processes, professional development, and personal entrepreneurial mindset support. Our system is currently unable to accept payment for these sessions, please email info@thedoyennegroup.com to schedule these sessions.
  • Pricing Varies depending on who is registering for session(s):
    You will select the correct pricing model for you while registering for your session
    • Founder Sessions (1-2 attendees): $100 per One and Done session or $125 per month for Monthly Coaching Package 
    • Startup Venture & Non-Profit Teams (3-5 team members attending): $175 per One and Done session. Monthly Coaching Package fees vary depending on needs and desired outcomes of team. Please email info@thedoyennegroup.com for further information
    • Corporate & Large Companies (25+ employees): $250 per hour for up to 10 participants, additional fees for program facilitation and additional participants. Please email info@thedoyennegroup.com for further information
