I'm Maggie Conrad, and with over 20 years of experience in education and business, my mission is to help startups, small businesses, and creative entrepreneurs who defy the traditional business mold. At LLS, we focus on providing tailored operations management, change management, and coaching services, empowering women, neurodivergent individuals, queer entrepreneurs, people of color, and those with marginalized identities. Our goal is to create long-lasting positive change by supporting each client's unique vision and making the entrepreneurial space more inclusive for everyone.
