Meet the Entrepreneurs

Luxe + Lulu (Sun prairie, WI)
I'm Lulu Azizi, owner and artist at Luxe + Lulu Aesthetics and Permanent Makeup in Sun Prairie, WI. With 15 years in the aesthetics industry and as a business owner since 2017, I serve women dedicated to investing in themselves because they value their inner and outer well-being. My licensed establishment offers image consulting, skin treatments, eyebrow revisions and naturally enhanced permanent makeup.
My role involves continuously updating my expertise in procedures, treatments, and products. Driven by a desire to prevent others from experiencing the isolation I felt when starting microblading in 2018, I've launched an online education platform. This initiative offers courses, mentorship, workshops, and PMU buddy systems designed to efficiently bridge the gap between costly training and solo practice. My passion is ensuring artists and clients achieve consistently healthy, long-term results to meet expectations.

Cambridge market (Cambridge, WI)
For six years, Cathy Yerges has transformed 217 W. Main Street in Cambridge, Wisconsin, into more than just a business—she's created a community gathering place where connections flourish over scratch-made food and genuine conversation.
As the visionary behind Cambridge Market, Cathy has built a beloved destination that seamlessly blends the warmth of the Cambridge Market Cafe with the local charm of The Market, featuring products from over 125 Wisconsin makers. Her approach is refreshingly personal: she knows customers by name and has cultivated an atmosphere where people naturally linger, transforming routine visits into meaningful interactions.
Now, Cathy is writing her next chapter with the launch of Mustard Seed Books, opening next month as Cambridge Market's third pillar. Starting with 2,000 carefully selected used books and the inaugural "Pages & Pairings" book club, this venture reflects Cathy's commitment to fostering intellectual connection alongside culinary comfort.
"We're creating spaces where our community can gather in new ways," Cathy explains, envisioning evening hours that will welcome book lovers and multiple reading groups. With ambitious plans to grow to 5,000 books and host 4-6 book clubs, Mustard Seed Books represents Cathy's continued dedication to nourishing both body and mind in Cambridge.

Graphic Compass (Milton, WI)
Founded by artist Bex Hansen, Graphic Compass is a creative studio at the crossroads of folklore, symbolism, and storytelling. Bex’s work spans two collections: In the Wake, a fine art series sculpting silence into story through emotionally resonant mixed media focused on mental health and women's issues; and Inky Familiar, a vibrant line of popular art, jewelry, and wearables that channels myth, magic, and creatures. In addition to offering original artwork and talismanic objects, Bex leads engaging workshops, inviting participants to explore their creative symbolism and narrative expression. Designed for dreamers, collectors, and lovers of symbolic living, Graphic Compass brings together art, education, and meaning—crafted with intention and made to inspire lasting connection. Let's create something uncommon together.

BAABE LLC (Prentice, WI)
BAABE (Before and After Birth Essentials) is a timeless, thoughtfully designed clothing brand that supports women through every stage of womanhood. As a longtime model and mom, I know how frustrating it is to find functional clothing that makes you feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident —especially when your body is constantly changing. I created BAABE to solve that problem. Our capsule collection features timeless, smart pieces with discreet nursing access, four-way stretch, and a flattering, seasonless design that moves with the body. Too often, women are forced to choose between style and practicality; BAABE offers both. These aren’t just clothes—they’re essentials made to adapt, simplify, and empower.
My goal is to launch a thoughtful foundation of 3 to 6 core pieces and grow BAABE into a trusted lifestyle brand where women feel seen, celebrated, and beautifully equipped for real life. With BAABE, your wardrobe becomes one less thing to worry about—and one more thing you can feel truly confident in. At BAABE, we believe that Women shouldn't have to overhaul their wardrobe for every life transition. Instead, their clothes should evolve with them—offering style, simplicity, and support without sacrificing quality or confidence. These aren't just maternity clothes or postpartum fixes—they're essentials designed for real life, made to last. BAABE is about reclaiming your sense of self through style, creating ease in your daily routine, and feeling empowered in your clothing no matter what stage you're in.
