Seeking passionate team players for an entrepreneurial venture (see below) Duties include supporting day-to-day operations and supporting as needed across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to explore and make connections throughout Madison and Wisconsin, working with a variety community partners and businesses while gaining first-hand knowledge and experience on how to run a business in real time.
Responsibilities
• Attend weekly 1 hour check-in and check-out meetings with other Doyenne interns and staff
• Attend weekly 1 hour meeting with Supervisor
• Attend 2 hour quarterly Doyenne Full Team
Meetings
• Assist office personnel with variety of day to day
tasks
• Manage website content
• Send Press Releases to press contacts
• Attend Doyenne programming & events via Zoom
• Editing and publishing recording from programs
& events
Requirements
• Must be at least a junior at an accredited college
or university
• Background in social media and best practices
• Prior work experience
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and
written
• Highly detail-oriented and great multi-tasking
abilities
• Entrepreneurship coursework a plus
• Knowledge of Google Drive, Lastpass, Canva,
Coschedule, Asana, and Dropbox a plus
