I'm a proud generalist - a big-picture maximizer that hones in on strengths to drive personal and group excellence. Professionally I've worked across most business sectors from global enterprises, to small businesses, start-ups and nonprofit and grassroots initiatives. Operations, marketing, communications and facilitation are subject matter areas of practice. I have a BA in Journalism from UW and an MA in Social Innovation and Sustainability Leadership from Edgewood College. Currently, I'm Doyenne's Milwaukee Chapter Director, where I'm creating cultural equilibrium in the metro-area's entrepreneurial ecosystem and ensuring that more women entrepreneurs are not just funded, but developed with methods and structure that meet them where they're at.
Doyenne is a French term, meaning "the most respected and prominent woman in her field." At Doyenne, we create an entrepreneurial ecosystems where women of all backgrounds can thrive through developing the woman entrepreneur, funding their ventures, and changing the narrative.
