At the upcoming virtual Doyenne Birthday Bash on September 25, we will introduce a new series of awards, one of which honors the memory of our co-founder Amy Gannon.
As Doyenne transitions into a virtual organization serving entrepreneurs across Wisconsin and beyond, we want to provide opportunities for women entrepreneurs around the state to bond with each other and celebrate each other.
We’ve created the Boss Lady Awards, which will recognize the brilliance of women entrepreneurs all over Wisconsin. We want to honor both the business and the boss lady behind the venture.
There are 11 awards open for nomination—10 category awards and one overall award honoring Amy’s legacy called the Tits Out Award.
The phrase, “Tits out,” was a typical Amy quote, heard often around the Doyenne office. To Amy, the phrase meant “Be brave, be bold, be strong, and do things the way a woman would.” This award will honor a woman entrepreneur who embodies Amy’s audacious spirit.
Anyone can nominate a Wisconsin-based entrepreneur for the inaugural Boss Lady Awards. No affiliation with Doyenne is required for either the nominator or recipient. Click here to nominate someone today.
